Reactive Potential of Bullseye Glass

Posted: 12 Sep 2012 09:44 PM PDT

There is so much information on the Bullseye Glass web site I could post something different everyday and not run out of things to talk about. I’ve mentioned reactive glass recently because Devon of Bullseye came to LA to conduct a lecture/slide show/good time about reactive glass. I love this stuff and think it adds so many options to your …

Tutorial: A bias tape maker makes bag handles, too

Posted: 12 Sep 2012 04:44 PM PDT

Tutorial: Photo Holder

Posted: 12 Sep 2012 04:17 PM PDT

The basic idea of this one is always useful – I used a similar trick for signs at my craft shows. For my own version I’d probably tangle the wire end, tuck it into the clay, add tls and then bake the whole deal but this works.

I love her wire writing! It’s a great touch.

Geometric Bangle – Crafted

Posted: 12 Sep 2012 11:59 AM PDT

Often hand crafted pieces of wearable art seem to feel the need to declare their handcraftedness loudly, screaming their handmade heritage in bright colors, unusual designs, or primitive methods. And that’s cool. But it leaves me craving handcrafted subtlty, which is why I delight in things like Crafted‘s Painted Geometric Bangle. The neutral toned color palette and the …

Determining the value of a handmade garment

Granny Doily
