Mira from Sewing The Littleheart Collection shows how she created this little girl’s pintucked tunic.  The bodice is fairly simple – long sleeves with a banded neckline – but the skirt gets some horizontal pintucks at the waistline.  A smocked heart applique makes a pretty embellishment for the bodice.  Get the how-to.
