Melissa from Blank Slate Patterns and Melly Sews shares a free patten and tutorial for making this color blocked tee.  The fit is loose and the neck drapes into a cowl.  The pattern is in an adult size small (33.5-28-35).  It’s a simple enough shape that you could draw your own if you needed one in a differentsize.   Get the pattern
